Conversations, turned into
evidence-backed intelligence.
A governed platform for customer support quality, voice of customer and research, and sales. We are building it now, and this site says plainly what is ready.

On macOS. No bot joins the call.
Rules your team writes, checked against the conversation.
Each finding points at the words that produced it.
Why it matters
Your customers and teams tell you what is working and what is broken every day. Most of it never reaches anyone who can act. Tessavra is being built so that a conversation can be searched, checked against your rules and traced to its source.
One platform
Calls and meetings, from the desktop on macOS.
Transcribed, with speakers labelled.
Checked against your rules and rubrics, cited to the line.
Roles, entitlements, retention and review under your control.
What was learned guides the next conversation.
Then back to the next conversation.
Tessavra Agent
Capture from the desktop on macOS, with no bot on the call. A bar that stays out of the way. A panel that shows the disclosure and the workflow for the call.

Cortex
Disclosures, workflows and coaching nudges written by the people who own the playbook. Each one labelled with the rule behind it, and cited to the utterance that tripped it.

Knowledge Brain
Cited passages from product and policy documents you own, shown with their source.

Conversation Intelligence
Summaries, themes and coaching drawn from real conversations, each finding pointed at its source line. Support calls are reviewed by a person against your behaviours.

Tessavra Agent, Cortex, Knowledge Brain and Conversation Intelligence share capture, evidence and administration.
Evidence
Tessavra is built to check spoken conversations against the rules and rubric your team already uses.
The spoken conversation is kept intact. Nothing is summarised before it is checked, because a summary cannot be cited. Chat, email and ticket conversations are in development, not ready yet.
Criteria come from the rules and scorecard your team already runs. A behaviour is yes, no, or unsure.
A finding carries the line and the speaker. Evidence is Exact or Unverified, so a reviewer can see whether the citation is settled.
The review state is not reviewed, in progress, or reviewed. The finding, the citation and that decision stay together.
Guidance on the call, coaching from real moments.
Themes you track, with the utterance under each.
Your scorecard applied to conversations, reviewed by a person, with the line that decided it.
Score calls against your framework and keep playbooks beside them.
Coaching and progress grounded in real conversations.
Meeting notes and follow-ups from your Mac.
The Panel
Disclosures, workflows and cited answers appear in the panel, each labelled with the rule behind it. Live transcription is not deployed yet. Notes and follow-ups are ready when the call ends.
Audio expiry and a legal hold are built and tested on a local stack. Wider erasure is still to come.
Features are switched on per organisation and by role. A missing grant means no access.
Rules are evaluated deterministically and each result points at the line behind it.
On macOS, Tessavra listens on the desktop, so capturing a call does not need a connector. Five connectors are in development and four are planned. None is live.
Logos are trademarks of their owners. Their appearance here does not imply a partnership.

Illustrative interface — fictional demonstration data. Screens on this site are mock-ups, not customer material.
Statuses follow four labels: available now, early access, in development and planned. They are reviewed against the product before each change to this site. Read the Trust page.
