Platform

One platform under every conversation.

Tessavra Agent, Cortex, Knowledge Brain and Conversation Intelligence share capture, evidence and administration.

01 · Applications

Four products on one platform.

Tessavra Agent, Cortex, Knowledge Brain and Conversation Intelligence share one record of every conversation.

02 · Rules

Written by the people who own the playbook.

Disclosures, guided workflows, checklists and manager alerts, each labelled with the rule that produced it.

03 · Evidence

Every finding cites its line.

Transcripts keep the speakers and the source. A finding is Exact or Unverified, so a reviewer knows what is settled.

04 · Rubrics

Your scorecard sets the standard.

Your organisation writes the rubric. Findings follow the way your quality team already works, and a person reviews them.

05 · Governance

Nothing on until granted.

Features are switched on per organisation and by role. Jurisdiction rules hold until they are signed off. Audio expiry and legal hold are built and tested locally.

06 · Capture

Capture starts on the desktop.

On macOS the desktop app hears the call. Connectors are in development or planned, and none is live.

Rules and workflows

Written by the people who own the playbook.

Managers write the disclosures, guided workflows, checklists and alerts. Cortex checks them against the conversation.

  • Triggers on keywords and patterns
  • Guided workflows and checklists
  • Adherence tracking
  • Alerts to a manager

Rubrics

Your scorecard sets the standard.

Your organisation writes the rubric. Findings follow the way your quality team already works, and a person reviews them.

  • Rubrics your team configures
  • Every finding cited to its line
  • A review state on every finding
  • Support calls reviewed by a person
Support rubric configuration in the Workspace, with behaviours marked active.

Capture starts on the desktop.

On macOS, Tessavra listens on the desktop, so capturing a call needs no connector. Connectors are in development or planned. None is live.

No connector needed. On macOS the desktop app hears the audio. Connectors on this page are in development or planned.

Built with control in mind.

Retention and legal hold

Audio expiry and a legal hold are built and tested on a local stack. Wider export and erasure are not built.

Rules that fail closed

A jurisdiction policy holds until it is signed off, and an organisation can be stricter than the baseline.

Roles and entitlements

Features are granted per organisation and by role. A missing grant means no access.

What is verified, and what is not

One core, configured for each kind of work.

The platform is layered. A shared core carries capture, evidence and administration. A workspace type shapes it for a kind of team. A versioned industry pack would add vocabulary and rules for a sector. Your tenant configuration sits on top, and selective domain extensions are added only where a team needs them.

A blueprint configures a workspace. It is not a licence or entitlement. One finance-style pack has been used to test the architecture only; no industry pack is offered.
