This notice covers the marketing site at tessavra.com. It is not a certification. It describes the site itself, not the product.

What this site collects automatically

Nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party tags or tracking. Pages and assets are delivered through Cloudflare, whose edge keeps transient server logs as part of delivering the site.

Enquiries you send us

The contact and demo forms compose an email in your own mail client, addressed to hello@tessavra.com, which you send yourself. The forms ask for your name, email address, and message; company, role, and tools are optional. We use what you send to answer your enquiry and follow up on it, and we keep enquiry emails in that mailbox.

Why we use your information

If you email Tessavra Ltd or request a discussion, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond and manage your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our business. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list merely because you contacted us.

Cloudflare processes information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect this website. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website for the processing we control.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a customer relationship, we keep the enquiry and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last substantive contact, then delete it unless we have a documented reason to keep specific records longer, such as an ongoing dispute or legal obligation. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence is handled under our customer-record retention arrangements.

Where your data goes

No data from this marketing site is shared with anyone. Two services are involved in delivering it: Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery) and Microsoft (the email service behind the hello@ mailbox).

Processing outside the UK

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website, and Microsoft 365 hosts our enquiry mailbox. Information handled by these providers may be processed outside the UK. Where Tessavra Ltd is responsible for a restricted international transfer, we use an applicable UK adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards under the relevant supplier terms. You can contact hello@tessavra.com for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or for its correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@tessavra.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

What this notice does not cover

Recordings, transcripts, and findings processed for a customer are governed by that customer's contract, not by this page. See data processing. This notice covers the marketing site only.
