Tessavra is building a governed platform that turns customer and team conversations into evidence-backed operational intelligence. The product is in development, and this site labels every part by how far along it is.

What we are building

Customer and team conversations hold most of what an organisation needs to know, and most of it is never read. Tessavra is being built to capture spoken conversations on the desktop, check them against rules and rubrics your own team writes, and point every finding at the words that produced it. A person stays in charge of what a finding means.

We start with customer support quality and voice of customer and research, where the value of evidence is clearest. Sales, training and operations follow the same foundation.

Evidence first

A finding without a source line is not a finding. We build so that each one can be traced.

Labelled honestly

Each capability carries its own status. We do not use a kinder label to hide a limit.

Governed by design

Access is granted per organisation and by role, and a missing grant means no access.
