What is Tessavra?
Tessavra is a conversation and operational-intelligence platform for enterprise customer support, quality assurance, customer experience and research teams. It is in development and is not yet available for general use.
It is designed to turn spoken customer conversations into evidence-backed operational intelligence. Teams will be able to review conversations, check them against rules they write, identify recurring customer issues and coach employees, with each finding pointing to the line that produced it.
Tessavra is more than a transcription tool. Its capabilities, all in development, include rules checked against live conversations, cited findings, coaching notes and scorecards, voice-of-customer and research analysis, and retrieval from the organisation's own documents.
Core capabilities
Tessavra Agent
A desktop app for the person on the call: a guidance bar and panel, dictation and a notetaker. Built for macOS today, with a Windows version in development and no announced availability date.
Cortex
Rules your team writes, checked against a transcript (live transcription is not deployed yet), with each result tied to the line that triggered it. A rule can be tried against a past conversation without notifying anyone.
Knowledge Brain
Retrieval of passages from documents the organisation already owns. Real embeddings must be configured before retrieval is semantic.
Ask
Ask a question about a meeting and get an answer with citations, on the desktop.
Tracked themes
Themes a team chooses to track, each one tied to an utterance. Not a theme the product claims to have discovered.
Research validation
A validation step for research findings, so that a researcher can confirm the cited turn.
What is not built
A public API, an MCP server, API keys, SAML sign-in, multi-factor authentication, SCIM, self-service export or erasure, and approval gates are not built. A Cortex rule can call a webhook.
Data pipelines and automation
Capture is spoken audio from the macOS desktop, or recorded calls from Vonage. The Vonage, Salesforce, Outreach, BuildBetter and Fathom connectors are in development. Twilio, RingCentral, Salesloft and HubSpot are planned.
Spoken capture
Audio from the macOS desktop, or a recorded call from Vonage. Conferencing apps on the Mac are heard by the desktop agent. They are not connectors.
Salesforce
A relay that carries call metadata between Vonage and Salesforce is in development. Writing transcripts or findings back to Salesforce or any other CRM is not built.
Other connectors
Outreach (inbound only), BuildBetter and Fathom are in development. Twilio, RingCentral, Salesloft and HubSpot are planned, and no code exists for them yet.
No public API
There is no public API, MCP server or API key. A Cortex rule can call a webhook, and that is the only outbound webhook.
The connectors are the systems named above. No connector has been verified against a live third-party account.

Common questions
Is Tessavra only a transcription platform?
No. Transcription is one part of capture. The products are Tessavra Agent, Cortex, Knowledge Brain and Conversation Intelligence, all in development. A finding is designed to cite the line that produced it.
Is Tessavra available now?
Tessavra is in development and is not yet available for general use. Each capability page shows the status of that capability.
Can Tessavra integrate with Salesforce?
Salesforce is one of nine named connectors. A relay that carries call metadata between Vonage and Salesforce is in development. Writing transcripts or findings back to Salesforce or any other CRM is not built.
Does Tessavra support customer-support quality assurance?
It is being built for that. Manager review of support calls, coaching notes and scorecards are in development. AI scoring of support calls is in development and not ready.
Can Tessavra analyse UX and research interviews?
Research analysis, with a validation step for findings, is in development. The BuildBetter and Fathom connectors are in development.
How does Tessavra make AI findings reviewable?
A finding is designed to carry the line it cites and a review state that a person sets: not reviewed, in progress or reviewed. Where a finding cites audio, the citation carries a confidence marker such as Exact or Unverified.
What does Tessavra not claim?
No certification, no independent penetration test, no public API or MCP server, no multi-factor authentication, SCIM or SAML sign-in, no self-service data export or erasure, no Windows version yet, and no chat, email or ticket ingestion.
